Training for women’s public organizations in the Kyiv region

The Association of Woman Ambassadors of Ukraine announces the start of training for women’s public organizations in the Kyiv region.
As part of the project “Strengthening gender-sensitive employment and economic integration services for IDPs and returnees in the Kalynivska, Zgurivska, Baryshivska, and Pereyaslavska communities,” we invite women’s organizations (primarily those registered or operating in the Kalynivska, Zgurivska, Baryshivska, and Pereyaslavska communities of the Kyiv region) to participate in online training sessions.
Participation in the project is an opportunity to:
Strengthen your organization’s capacity to implement a gender-sensitive and trauma-informed approach to employment and social support for women.
Learn about current European and international practices in the field of inclusive career counseling, particularly for women from vulnerable groups.
Expand your professional network and exchange experiences with leaders of women’s community initiatives in the Kyiv region.
Obtain a relevant certificate.
The training program includes four online training sessions (you can attend one or more):
Quality standards for career counseling and psychosocial support: EU best practices.
Trauma-informed approach and first psychological aid.
Gender-sensitive career counseling: self-help and resilience development techniques.
Service effectiveness assessment: how to measure and improve performance.
