    Free leadership training in Kyiv

    “BEING A LEADER: Women’s voices: hear yourself and the world will hear you” is a free training program for IDP women and girls and those affected by the war. Women who have moved to Kyiv, lost their homes, and suffered from the war — let’s unite to strengthen our voice, take action in our communities, and launch our own initiatives.Where: Kyiv, 25 Khreshchatyk Street, “FIOLETOVA” hall (details will be provided to registered participants)
    Dates: July 15 and 17
    Time: 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
    Trainer: Yulia Geisa — communications and PR expert, media professional with experience in resettlement.
    Who is it for:
    IDP women and girls who have moved to Kyiv
    active, enterprising individuals who want to be heard
    those who want to start their own business, influence, protect the rights of IDPs, and develop their leadership skills

    Tools for public voice — message, platforms, presentation style
    Practical media literacy and communication skills — without fear or clichés

    Promoting your own initiative or project — how to speak so that you are heard
    A strong female support network — networking, experience sharing, collaboration
    The opportunity to create your own “Manifesto of Presence” and take your first public step

    The project “Psychosocial support for IDP women and girls and people with disabilities” is implemented by the ICF “Nova Kakhovka is Ukraine” in partnership with the NGO “Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine” with technical support from UN Women in Ukraine and funding from the UN Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF), a flexible and responsive funding instrument that supports quality activities to enhance the capacity of local women to prevent conflicts, respond to crises and emergencies, and seize key peacebuilding opportunities.
