Our key achievements in 2024

The NGO “Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine” actively supports women and girls, including internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ukraine, providing them with opportunities to develop entrepreneurial competencies and gain economic independence. We also support communities through information sessions, expert support, implementation of effective initiatives and strengthen the institutional capacity of civil society organizations, ensuring the development of reliable tools for the successful and sustainable development of Ukraine.

Our key achievements in 2024:

We have created and are developing the Ambassadors Club, which brings together women entrepreneurs to share experiences, support and develop.

We are developing the AMBASSADORIA platform – an embassy of knowledge, skills and abilities.

We provide expert support to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in implementing the state employment policy, with a special focus on the gender aspect and integration of women into economic processes.

We are implementing the project “GRANT OPPORTUNITIES for Starting and Strengthening Business” aimed at women entrepreneurs.

We have developed a Glossary of Terms for Economic Empowerment, which helps to create a clear understanding of important economic processes among women and support them in adapting to new realities.

We have prepared manuals for teaching educational programs and conducting mentoring courses based on the “recover to empower” approach, which helps women to restore their strength and realize their potential at a new level.

Our goal is to inspire women to become economically independent by expanding their knowledge, skills and resources to create successful businesses and career opportunities. Every woman has the right to equal opportunities and support to realize her potential.

We believe that through education, support and mentoring, we help women and girls become stronger, more confident and able to meet economic challenges, even in times of war or crisis.

In 2025, we plan to scale up our initiatives and implement new projects to support women’s economic growth in all areas of activity!
