Information meeting of the Coordinating Council of the World Forum of Ukrainian Women

The Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine has begun preparations for the World Forum of Ukrainian Women, which is scheduled to take place in March 2025 in a mixed online and offline format.
The purpose of the event is to unite and positively communicate between Ukrainian women from all over the world, research and discuss issues of motivation and barriers to the return of women from abroad to Ukraine. The event also presents mechanisms and tools to support positive communication as a force of attraction between Ukrainians around the world.

Today, on January 14, an informational meeting of the Forum’s Coordination Council was held, which was joined by the organization’s Ambassadors.
Women activists from the frontline areas, IDPs and women who help people with IDP status to adapt to new regions joined the Forum’s Coordination Council:

– Olha Veselovska, Head of AAU, IDP from Vorzel.

– Anastasia Naumenko, a displaced person from Kharkiv, is currently the head of the NGO “Help and Hope” in Chernivtsi.

– Olena Krasovska, director of the ICF “Nova Kakhovka is Ukraine”, activist, IDP from Nova Kakhovka.
– Olha Orlova, expert in communications, project and event management, IDP from Kherson, currently in Switzerland.
– Olena Zdor, local government representative, IDP from Dniprorudne, currently a civil society activist in Zaporizhzhia.
– Oksana Smolnikova, civil society activist and head of the NGO “Parents of Children with Cancer” from Sumy.
– Alla Hinkul, activist, founder of the community “We Care”, Mykolaiv region.
– Ivanna Samchuk and Oksana Ovdiichuk, civil society activists from Rivne.
– Ksenia Makarevych, civil activist, entrepreneur, member of AAU, IDP from Kherson.
– Anna Radionovska, activist, member of AAU, IDP from the Republic of Crimea.

We sincerely thank the participants for their activity and important contribution to the preparation of the Forum. Your thoughts, ideas and experience are extremely valuable for the realization of the Forum’s mission. Together we can achieve significant results and create a platform for mutual support of Ukrainians in the future.
