Olga Veselovska, Head of the Association of Ambassadors of Ukraine, took part in the international program “The Study Tour for Female Leadership in Digitalization, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Policies”, which took place on May 7-9 in Vienna, Austria.
The program brought together women leaders from Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Moldova to immerse themselves in the Austrian innovation ecosystem, participate in thematic visits, strategic meetings with partners, and in-depth discussions on digital transformation and women’s leadership.

As part of the program, the participants
– learned about the best practices of supporting startups and scaling businesses in Austria;
– learned about leading initiatives in the field of artificial intelligence, deep technologies, and digital manufacturing (AI Factory, GAIA-X, Digital Product Passport, etc.)
– discussed the importance of gender balance in the team and its impact on innovation, productivity and business profitability;
– joined the events of the ViennaUP festival and EIT Manufacturing Day 2025, and presented their projects during the partnership sessions.
“Diversified leadership open to innovation is the key to sustainable development. I am honored to represent Ukraine among the strong women who are changing the face of the digital economy,” shared her impressions Olga Veselovska.
