Association of Ambassadors of Ukraine team has implemented the project “Development of procedural manuals for teaching educational and mentoring programs according to the ‘recover to empower’ approach and communication strategy for 2025-2027”. The project strengthened the organizational capacity of the NGO by improving its educational and communication activities through the development of the following tools:
1. Communication Strategy for 2025-2027.
2. Procedural manual for teaching educational programs.
3. Procedure manual for mentoring programs.
With the participation of the involved specialists, we strengthened and created internal procedural documents. The project allowed us to update the content component of our services – educational and mentoring programs – and achieve qualitative changes:
- Strengthened organizational capacity of the organization to implement communication, educational and mentoring activities (2024).
- The level of efficiency of external communications and interaction with the target audience, partners and stakeholders of the organization is increased (2024).
- Strengthened existing and built qualitatively new relationships with members of the organization’s community (2024-2025).
- Approaches to teaching/leading educational and mentoring programs are unified and standardized and their effectiveness is increased (2024).
- The knowledge of teachers and mentors on the organization and conduct of the organization’s educational/mentoring programs is deepened (2024-2025).
- Increased satisfaction of participants of the organization’s educational/mentoring programs (2024-2025).
