ADVOCACY OF WOMEN’S ENTREPRENEURSHIP

The NGO “Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine” is a member of the SME Resilience Alliance (Alliance), which brings together key international partners, including the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the World Bank, the UN, USAID, and other organizations.

The Alliance is aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as a critical component of Ukraine’s economic recovery. Within the framework of the Alliance’s activities, the AAU advocates for inclusive, in particular female, entrepreneurship, focusing on increasing women’s economic empowerment and ensuring their active participation in SME development. The AAU promotes opportunities for women’s entrepreneurship, supports the development of business mentoring, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial skills.
