Economic empowerment activities are characterized by a systematic approach and include psychological support and career guidance programs, an educational component, mentoring support, the opportunity to join a community of like-minded people, and close cooperation with local authorities and businesses on internships, employment, and starting their own businesses.
The economic empowerment of women was discussed at a meeting with representatives of the Zhuriv community. They learned about the main requests and problems of IDPs currently living in the community.
