Strengthening the capacity of CSOs through networking

Odesa, organized by the NGO “Tenth of April”.
The goal of the event was to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs) through effective communication and exchange of experience. Such an initiative is extremely important for the development of organizations and solving problems in communities.

The networking took place in the Community House social space, which became an ideal place for activists and CSO representatives to meet, exchange ideas and build new partnerships.
As part of the theoretical part and practical activities, participants learned how systematic networking can significantly strengthen the potential of CSOs, work more effectively to solve community problems, adapt to changes and influence local and national processes.

One of the speakers at the event was Ksenia Makarevych, Creative Director of the Association of Ambassadors of Ukraine (AAU). She shared her experience of cooperation with other CSOs, in particular, cooperation with the ICF Nova Kakhovka is Ukraine. Ms. Makarevych also spoke about the AAU’s already effective networking model and building a powerful community of Ambassadors.
We thank the organizers for such an important initiative! Thanks to such events, the opportunities for organizations to work in a coordinated, effective and maximize their impact are significantly increased.
This is an important step towards strengthening civil society and developing positive changes at various levels.
