Economic independence training from the “TO BE!” series. In early August, training sessions were held in Kyiv for women and girls who are starting, developing, or reviving their own businesses.
The participants were women who were forced to relocate due to the war, but are now confidently building their businesses and seeking new opportunities for development.
During two busy days, the participants:
learned how to write effective grant applications and mastered the structure of the application using the example of “єРобота: Власна справа” (єРобота: Own Business)
learned about the financial and legal aspects of doing business
practiced refining their own applications
received advice on scaling up and finding investments
We are infinitely grateful to the mentors and trainers who shared their experience:
Iryna Nikolaieva – expert in attracting financing for small and medium-sized businesses, investor, co-founder of MIRAN CAPITAL
Olga Gorbaniuk – grant writer, consultant on the development of women’s entrepreneurship
Yulia Leonova – partner at the legal and accounting company Reputatsiya, lawyer
Algis Yarmos – business coach with many years of experience in successful business scaling
The supportive atmosphere, practical tools, and lively communication helped the participants take another step toward economic independence.
Together, we empower women – in communities, business, and life.
