During the meeting, participants focused on the need to strengthen coordination and develop effective networks that provide access to support tools for a wider range of entrepreneurs, including women and other vulnerable groups. It is networks that allow entrepreneurs to connect with information, services, financing, and the opportunity to influence policy decisions.
The participation of AWAU President Olga Veselovska in the work of the SME Alliance is important because it allows her to directly represent the voice of women entrepreneurs, convey the real challenges faced by communities, and shape policies that take into account the experience and needs of those in the field.
“It is fundamentally important for us that policies to support small and medium-sized businesses are not only formulated at the strategic level, but are also based on the real-life experiences of women entrepreneurs in communities. Strong networks are not about formal interaction, but about access, trust, and real opportunities for development.”
The NGO “Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine” continues to work on strengthening networks of women entrepreneurs, developing peer-to-peer experience sharing, and contributing practical recommendations to the dialogue with donors and the Ministry of Economy, Ecology, and Agriculture of Ukraine.
The recovery of Ukraine begins with the creation of strong and connected communities.
